Right of withdrawal from orders

The user who provided to buy products on the website www.frantoioscalia.com, having accepted the E-shop conditions (from now on the Contract), has the right to withdraw from the contract (single or multiple order of purchase of products, such as attachments to the contract itself), without indicating its reasons, within 14 days working from the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user is required to inform us (at the Operational Operations Difrantoio Scalia S.r.l, via Pulei, 35, P.iva: 0527041870, Mascalucia - CT, PEC: [email protected]) of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration (for example letter sent by mail or e -mail).

To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the user sends the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Recall that art. 59 of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, n.206 (Consumer Code) establishes that the right of withdrawal it cannot be exercised, among others, in cases of sale of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery; o sale of goods that risk deteriorating or expires quickly.

Effects of withdrawal

If the user withdraws from the contract (i.e., order connected to the contract), all payments that he made in our favor about the order for which he exercised the withdrawal, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to proceed with the withdrawal will be refunded.
These refunds will be made using the same vehicle of payment used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has not expressly agreed otherwise;

It is understood that the expenses relating to the return of the products will not be reimbursed following the withdrawal of orders relating to the products purchased.
