Built in 1950 in the family territories, the oil mill has over time become the hub where the culture of olive oil meets tradition and innovation.

Year after year, we have improved the system by replacing the old mechanisms with cutting-edge technologies capable of enhancing traditional methods and enhancing the flavor of the olives which, during each harvest, we carefully select from the best native varieties of the Etna area.

For us it is essential to take care of the territory and preserve its flora because only by respecting the place in which we live can we create high quality products capable of telling with their flavor the volcanic soil on which our roots are rooted, the history of our family and the traditions of a land where sun and sea make every day unique.

And this is how every drop of the oil expresses our philosophy right from the scent, while the herbaceous and artichoke scents reveal the varieties we use: Cerasuola and Nocellara are perfectly balanced in blends capable of surprising the most expert consumers and tasters.
